Upholding the Martial Arts code

I've often wondered why we don't see people who have a black belt in some form of martial arts regularly abusing their powers. From conversations with them, it seems the process of reaching that level almost always has some sort of humbling effect and people who bully others with their martial arts abilities usually find themselves knocked down by a more skilled opponent at some point down the line. Still, I'm sure there are outliers out there who get a power trip and find any excuse to exercise their skill on random people.

By the way, if it isn't clear in the comic, he snapped the guy's arm 90 degrees in the wrong direction (please excuse the poor artwork if it wasn't obvious) then elbowed him in the ribs.
