People At Work You Can Replace With A Flowchart

There's a PM at work who I've heard many colleagues complain about how useless he is that you could replace him with a shell-script. He basically only has a handful of generic phrases he would say that could apply to any context and you could easily predict what he'll say next. He would go around the room and ask the same questions to everyone; "What are you working on?" and "How long until you think you are finished with that?" without even understanding (or listening) what the task is about. He will then end with scheduling a meeting for the next day or week. We see him every day in the break room playing on the arcade machines whilst the engineers slave away (some pulling long hours) to meet arbitrary deadlines.
